Reliant Aupairs is a business owned by myself ;Valerie Moses. I am a psychologist by profession (BA) but my love for kids and to help people propelled me to develop an aupair business. with my experience as an aupair, tutor, babysitter and a mother, I have the privilege to understand the needs of both our candidates and families. I have an understanding that as a parent, you want what is best for your children as i have a child of my own. I au paired in Holland and worked with a family that was dependent on me to look after the kids and help with their day to day life, as a result i also understand that as a candidate, you have a big role to play because children are our tomorrow. with my psychology career am able to discern more into both my clients and candidates needs through their personality and character. This knowledge is what this business is set on.

Reliant Aupairs is a business that specialises in the placement of aupairs, nannies, tutors, childminders, night nurses and babysitters. we strive to help our families find the perfect candidates to fit their schedule and the needs of their little ones by conducting a thorough interview with the candidates to ensure we find the right person who portrays the ability to be responsible and caring. we also offer a variety of candidates to choose from inorder to ensure the client feels confident in their decision.

Not only do we place in childcare, but we also place chefs, house managers and all kinds of home staff in the United Arab Of Emirates.

All candidates have CV’s with references, a copy of drivers licence (if applicable)and identification which are kept on record with us. we try our best to contact the referees through email or telephonically inorder for us to get more inside information about our aupairs.

Our services are reliable and effective and we are affordable so as to help all families that approach us, because this is why we exist.
