THE AU PAIR/NANNY COURSE WITH FIRST AID
This course runs for 2 days (usually Saturdays) and the classes start at 9 am till 1 pm on the first day and 9 am till 4 pm the last day.
The course goes into detail on how an au pair or nanny to behave and handle themselves in their working environment. It also teaches the candidates how to take care of all ages of children till the teen years. the candidates learn and understand how to stimulate babies and encourage developmental and intellectual play. They also learn how to deal with children of different personalities (SIMPLE CHILD PSYCHOLOGY) and cultural background, discipline and understanding about SIDS. The candidates also have first aid classes which equips them on what to do in case of an emergency ( 3 years duration).

BASIC ONE DAY COOKING COURSE
We developed this course as an introduction to cooking simple classic dishes that kids love such as lasagna, chicken a la king, spaghetti bolognese and cottage pie. We also teach them how to make baby puree food aswell as flap jacks.

The course is run for a day from 9 am till 2pm.
